I got a light prescription for sleeping pills for my last plane ride overseas and I stayed up the entire time. I'm thinking of moving up to Ativan next.
Vacation plans have gone from easy all-inclusive in Mexico to looking at the possibility of a couple of weeks in Colombia or Argentina. Next week will be the moon.

How often do you wash your make-up brushes? I shampoo my concealer brush every day. Is that overkill?

I'm with you on the Nashville Soundtrack. Currently "Change Your Mind" is my favorite song that Scarlett and Gunner do together.
I deep clean my brushes weekly, and then use a great daily brush cleaner spray from Sephora on a daily basis.
I'm am insomniac and I take Zopiclone. Half a pill works like a charm.

I really need to get on the Nashville bandwagon - I've heard so many good things! And I do not clean my brushes daily, but sure wish I had time to do so!
What's Nashville? Does it help that I love Connie Britton??
