I love Girls' Night Out! It's so much fun catching up, gossiping, ordering excessive amounts of wine ("We might as well get another bottle..."). I have so many lovely girlfriends in my life and I'm always happy to see them.
Here are my top 3 favourite GNO venues:
A fantastic room with high arches and a kick-ass playlist, plus, they have an Enomatic wine system that allows you to try delicious and expensive wine by the glass -- I love getting a custom flight!
Hot waiters. 'Nuff said.
I love the restaurant, but if you can get a spot on the patio on a Thursday night during the summer, you're set. It's a little gem in the middle of busy Robson Street, serving up delicious eats and lots of chilled drinks.

I absolutely love your description (and picture) of the Oyster House. There's a place in my neck of the woods where I love their enomatic system--so I too can try a wide range and vary it on the weather or my mood!!!
