I realize that ziploc bags and saran wrap are in everyone's pantry, but CHEESE BAGS, people! If you are as crazy about cheese (lactose intolerance be damned) as I am, these can totally be justified. To yourself.
Guests who see me use this for the first time go freaking CRAZY over it. It's always a bit disappointing when I get a screw-top. Sure, I have 2 other regular corkscrews that work perfectly fine, but when you are opening as many bottles of vino as I am, this little luxury is actually quite the blessing.

These aren't so much a luxury as a given. Snag-free! I've been using these for years and will never go back to crappy Goody torture products. For about $5.00, you can't go wrong.

What are the little things you love?
I have some extra time this morning, so I'm going to share 2 Truths and a Lie with all of you... Guess which is the lie!
1. When I was little, let's say 7, I saw a pink thing in my parents' bathroom trash can and I thought it was really pretty so I took it out of the garbage, put it on a piece of yarn and wore it around my neck until my mom saw and freaked out. Apparently it was a tampon applicator or something.
2. I'm agoraphobic. I hate wide open spaces. Hiking in the mountains or swimming way out in the ocean bother me. Ironically, I quite like the Dixie Chicks' song.
3. I once saw Ryan Reynolds, fellow Vancouverite, in a store and my mom said to him, "save yourself for my daughter", which obviously appalled me because there was totally a chance we'd end up together and my mom just blew it for me.

Um hello I really need cheese bags in my life. Like, yesterday. That is amazing. And I only drink SmartWater like a little water snob.

Your first sentence cracked me up - so you :) I am pretty sure there could be some truth to all three of those. I am #2 too (if that is true but if I had to guess - that one is false) - especially the ocean. And thanks for the tip on the elastics :) xo

I pick #2 as the lie. We did some dumb things when we were young and I can totally see Barb embarrassing you like that.
I have a hard time not purchasing every little thing I find on Etsy. :-( thank goodness my bank account doesn't have a problem stopping me! lol
I loooove the snag free elastics. I am totally addicted, I buy them everytime I see them!
